Wedding Packages

All wedding packages can be customized to fit your needs. Note all prices listed are starting figures for 100 guests and the final price will be dependent on the number of guests, location and the complexity of the event. I try very hard to keep everything within your budget.

Note: Decor and other rentals are subject to separate pricing.

Full Wedding Planning and Coordination

Pricing starts at $5000

Let’s face it, we are all busy. Some of us just don’t have the time to put into planning a wedding. You’re in luck! I have the time! This package is for the couple who choose to put the complete planning and coordination of their wedding, from start to finish, in the hands of an expert.

 

 

 

  • Consultation with the couple (family and wedding party)
  • Timeline and collaboration tool
  • Selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues

  • Preparation of a rehearsal and wedding day itinerary 
  • Selection, negotiating with and booking vendors

You don’t need all the offerings of full planning, but you want more than just Month Of Coordination.

Month-Of Planning and Coordination

Pricing starts at $1500

Couples who prefer to plan their entire wedding, however, they wish to have an outside professional direct everyone at the rehearsal and supervise and oversee the wedding day to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Day Of Coordination

For couples who have the entire wedding planned and are doing their own decorating. You just need help with a few things for key moments of the day. These packages are broken down by time needed and do not include any planning or pre-wedding support. All lists of vendors and items must be forwarded a week prior to the wedding.

We will plan it just like any other wedding, just on a smaller scale.
