At PlumTree Events we specialize in the logistical planning, coordination, and management of your wedding. We are here to help you carry out your vision into something fabulous.

Listed pricing is starting prices based on a 100-person or less wedding in the Bitterroot Valley/Missoula area. Depending on your guest count and location the prices will increase.

Note: We do not transport or work with anything perishable. This includes flowers and food and drink of any sort due to liability issues.

Pricing starts at $2100

This package is for couples who have booked their vendors and need someone to check all the details, connect with the vendors to make sure everything is in place and nothing is missed, and the entire day goes smoothly.
You will first speak to a planner to discuss the details of what you are envisioning. From there you will receive a proposal and contract and access to our portal where all your information and contracts you received from your vendors are stored. Your final cost is dependent on how much decor you have, your guest count, and your location. This allows us to staff accordingly to ensure everything goes smoothly.
You will then be turned over to one of our amazing and experienced Coordinators who will coordinate the following:

  • You will send over all your contracts and rental orders from all your vendors so our coordinator can read through them to make sure everything is in order and we know exactly what is expected. And to make sure nothing has been overlooked.
  • You will go through and let the coordinator know all of your decor items and will work together on placement
  • Monthly check-ins via email start with booking
  • Site visit 30 days out
  • Confirmation with vendors to ensure everything is in place for your big day
  • Creation of a detailed event logistics timeline & schematic to be distributed to the vendors.
  • On-site for your rehearsal
  • Our coordinator and their team will set up the ceremony site, cocktail hour, and Reception areas
  • Direct vendor load-in and load-out
  • Coordinate with the vendors throughout the event to ensure everything is on time and runs smoothly
  • On-site from beginning to end to ensure everything goes according to plan
  • Teardown of the ceremony site, cocktail hour, and Reception areas
  • All travel and lodging fees are included in the package price

This package is for couples who need someone to do all the not-so-fun things such as finding vendors, transportation, lodging for your guests, and helping to find activities for your guests to enjoy while they are here.

You will first speak to a planner to discuss the details of what you are envisioning. From there you will receive a proposal and contract and access to our portal where all your information and contracts you received from your vendors are stored.

Your final cost is dependent on how much decor you have, your guest count, and your location. This allows us to staff accordingly to ensure everything goes smoothly.

You will work with the planner throughout all of the logistical planning and details for your wedding.

  • Starts as soon as the contract and deposit are received
  • Monthly check-ins via email start with booking
  • Find appropriate vendors
  • Source decor items
  • Organize and manage all transportation to get guests safely to and from events
  • Organize lodging for guests
  • Attend food tasting, floral design meeting & cake tasting
  • Designing the flow and layout of your ceremony and reception
  • Creation of a detailed event logistics timeline & schematic to be distributed to the vendors
  • Confirmation with vendors to ensure everything is in place for your event

Once all of these details are finalized, you will be turned over to one of our amazing and experienced Coordinators who will coordinate the following:

  • Walkthrough of the event site 30 days out
  • On-site for your rehearsal
  • Organization of the ceremony processional and recessional & instruct attendants on their duties
  • Create restroom guest amenity basket, upon request
  • You will go through and let the coordinator know all of your decor items and will work together on placement
  • Confirmation with vendors to ensure everything is in place for your big day
  • Creation of a detailed event logistics timeline & schematic to be distributed to the vendors.
  • Our coordinator and their team will set up the ceremony site, cocktail hour, and Reception areas

FULL PLANNING AND DESIGN

Full planning and design takes you from ground zero to the last dance. With this package, we walk you through every single step along the way. This is perfect for the busy couple or those who have no idea what to do!
Pricing starts at $8500

This package takes care of every aspect of your wedding from Save the Dates to final clean up.

    You will first speak to a planner to discuss the details of what you are envisioning. From there you will receive a proposal and contract and access to our portal where all your information and contracts you received from your vendors are stored.

    Your final cost is dependent on how much decor you have, your guest count, and your location. This allows us to staff accordingly to ensure everything goes smoothly.

    You will work with the planner throughout all of the logistical planning and details for your wedding.

    After we lay out the plan and get all of your logistical planning finished you will meet with our designer. Here is the fun party! You will work with them on all the pretty things. From what feel you would like to portray to your guests; colors, styles, flowers, and all the things! With our designer you will:

    • Have a creative meeting to capture your vision.
    • Listen to your ideas and develop the color story for the event
    • Create inspiration boards, style sheets, design layouts, and event overview
    • Table scapes and sketches to capture what your vision will look like
    • Attend floral meetings and look for decor items
    • Walkthrough of the event site to accommodate your requests for design & decor
    • Invitation design/ordering/ tracking RSVPs/ Mailing /website set up

Once all of these details are finalized, you will be turned over to one of our amazing and experienced Coordinators who will coordinate the following:

OFFICIATING

For elopements or microweddings.

Pricing starts at $200

  • Interview with the couple to create a personalized sermon.
  • Help with obtaining the marriage license, will also file if needed

Some other added-on services (prices vary depending on number of vendors and size of wedding)

  • Find vendors (photographer, florist, dinner location for the group)
  • Coordinate the day, set up decor, and make everything look beautiful


Consultation/Logistics

For couples who have a team ready to go and just need help to make sure nothing is missed. This is a hands-on Plan Your Own Wedding along with Coordinate your Own Wedding.

The price for this service starts at $500

For this service, we hold your hand as little or as much as you would like to make sure you have everything in order and don't miss a detail.

  • We help you with choosing vendors, what questions to ask, and what to look for.
  • Help manage your budget and keep you too it
  • Walking through all the logistics from timelines to what everyone needs to do up to the day and the day of.
  • Coordinating the day of so everything goes smoothly
  • All the documentation and information you need for your crew to pull of the wedding you want!

DESIGN & SET UP

For the couple that wants to do everything themselves but would like some expert input on the design aspects of your event. We talk in-depth about exactly what you want your event to feel like to create the experience you are looking for. Once the design is finalized we come in and set everything up just as we planned for your wedding. We come in the next day to take everything down if needed.

Pricing is dependent on how elaborate the design is and location.
