We specialize in EcoBoutique Weddings. What is an EcoBoutique wedding? It’s an EcoFriendly wedding for 75 guests and under. We create an amazing experience for you and your guests while being conscious of the earth and the footprint we leave during this celebration. PlumTree Events can help you to create the ultimate experience for your wedding week or weekend!

Custom Planning & Coordination

With our Custom Planning & Coordination Package, we work with you to come up with a specific plan and vision for your wedding. This package is fully customizable to meet your needs. Get only what you want and need.

Full Wedding Planning & Design

Our Full Wedding Planning & Design package is for the couple who choose to put the complete planning and coordination of their wedding, from start to finish, in the hands of our expert team. This package takes care of every aspect of your wedding from budget to the last dance. Pricing starts at $6,300. What’s included:

  • Unlimited staff hours on planning and design of your event
  • Monthly meetings to discuss the design, production & coordination of your event.
  • Unlimited email support & phone consultations
  • Create a budget and manage
  • We attend the food tasting, floral design meeting & cake tasting with you
  • Create inspiration boards, style sheets, design layout, and event overview
  • Listen to your ideas and develop the color story for the event
  • Designing the flow and layout of your ceremony and reception
  • Creation of a detailed event logistics timeline and schematic to be distributed to the vendors
  • Walkthrough of the event site to accommodate your requests for layout, design & decor
  • Design and visual color boards of your ceremony and reception elements
  • Invitation design/ordering/ tracking RSVPs/ Mailing /website set up
  • Access to our destination management coordination (Activities for guests while they are in town)
  • Work with you to create guest welcome bags and deliver to lodging rooms
  • We are a point of contact for your out-of-town guests who need assistance.
  • Confirmation with vendors to ensure everything is in place for your event
  • Creation of a detailed event logistics timeline, event order & layout to be distributed to the vendors
  • On-site for your rehearsal (approx 3 hours)
  • Organization of the ceremony professional and recessional & instruct attendants of their duties
  • Coordinate with the vendors throughout the event to ensure everything is on time
  • Create restroom guest amenity basket, upon request
  • Organize and manage all transportation to get guests safely to and from events
  • From setup through tear down, we are onsite for your event (approx. 17 hours)
  • Distribute final payments to vendors & direct vendor load-in and load-out




month of coordination

With our Month of Coordination Package, you plan your wedding and book the vendors. You design and plan your wedding. We come in 60 days before to go over your plan to make sure nothing has been overlooked. We collect all your vendor information, confirm details and create a timeline, event order for vendors, and floor plan. We come in and execute your vision to take all the stress away from you and your family. Let everyone enjoy your big day! Pricing starts at $1,890. What’s included:
  • Available for advice and consultations while you are planning
  • Monthly check-in
  • Site visit 30 days out
  • Confirmation with vendors to ensure everything is in place for your event
  • Creation of a detailed event logistics timeline, event order & layout to be distributed to the vendors
  • On-site for your rehearsal (approx 3 hours)
