Etiquette & Protocol for the 21st Century

In this day and age, why are Etiquette and Protocol important? Do an internet search on yourself. (Go ahead, do it now. I’ll wait….)

What comes up? Do you like what you see or do you cringe? Whether you are starting a new relationship or applying for school or a job, you need to make sure your brand is giving a positive impression – whether it’s online or in person

You then are going to meet people face to face. You want to make sure your physical presence matches or exceeds your online presence. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, everything makes an impression.

Getting into a school or being hired for a job is very competitive these days. You want to make sure you have every advantage over your competition. You also want to make sure that you can cultivate relationships once you get past that first test.

I decided to create and offer PlumTree Etiquette and Protocol!  How to brand yourself for the 21st Century. Social media is at the forefront of everything we do. This program is to help create the brand YOU want!

  • Basic table setting and dining etiquette
  • Telephone etiquette
  • Verbal and nonverbal communication and conversation
  • Social media and online presence
  • Emails and written communication
  • Appropriate dress for the occasion
  • How to make the best first impression
  • How to continue to impress long after that first impression

Each class includes lecture, practical application, role playing, conversation. These classes are meant to be fun and informative. It’s a safe place to build confidence in yourself and peers.

After completion of a series, you receive a certificate of completion, a professional headshot for your social media or resume, and a dance/social to celebrate all your hard work!
